Who needs a big city when you can get food, atmosphere and service this good right here? The place was bustling, yet everything ran smoothly and professionally. Even the other patrons added to the experience — everyone was respectful and seemed to be enjoying themselves just as much. At our table, we ordered the Wedding Soup, the Giglio with fresh pasta, hot sausage, onions, green peppers, and banana peppers in a red wine marinara; the Steak & Wild Mushroom Gorgonzola with fresh Trenna pasta, blackened filet tips, beech and crimini mushrooms, fire-roasted tomatoes, and spinach in a Gorgonzola cream sauce; and the Strawberry Basil Salad with field greens, fresh basil, strawberries, pecans, Moody Blue crumbles, and a balsamic glaze. The portions were massive — plenty for six or more — and every bite was bursting with flavor. The pasta was fresh and downright delightful. Our server was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and respectful of our space — exactly what you'd hope for. This was truly one of the best restaurant meals I’ve had in years. Highly recommend!

I regret not having come to this place sooner. I love pizza so my friends took me to this place I’ve heard so much about and it exceeds the hype. The train station space was amazing. It can get a bit loud, but it’s part of the experience. Service is excellent. The pizza was even better than expected. The meatball appetizer was also much better than expected. Wish I hadn’t waited so long to check this place out.

DESERVES A 6TH STAR After being recommended to us by several people, we are so glad we finally tried Olives and Peppers. We wanted to try as much as we could so we ordered 2 appetizers and entree and a dessert. EVERYTHING was off the chart awesome, from the location, to the ambiance and of course the food. Every meal comes with wedding soup and bread, both are delicious. The portions are enormous including the appetizers. You could make a meal out of the appetizer alone. If you live in the Greensburg area you HAVE to try Olives and Peppers. Olives and Peppers has rocketed to the top as one of our favorite local restaurants. Special thanks to our waitress Marla who explained everything to us sine it was our first time but NOT our last. FYI; there is a 5.00 charge if you split an entree which you may have to due to portion sizes. 20230513 Visited for Mother's Day, well the day before and it was the first time my in-laws had been there. They loved it and once again everyone's meals were absolutely delicious. I added some photos to the review from this visit. I had the Walleye, really good and for some reason not easy to find in the area. 20231231 Really enjoyed yet another meal at lunch time on New Year’s Eve. Fantastic in every way including our server Korrine who was friendly, and helpful with menu selections, thank you Korrine. Enjoyed the Seafood Pinna, Steak and Wild Mushroom Gorgonzola, and Crab Bisque from the special holiday menu. Everything was stellar and we left with more food than we actually ate since the portions are so large. I have to say you rarely get both quantity AND quality, Olives and Peppers goes big on both. 20250228 Another fantastic visit. Great food and great service. Marla our server was just as top notch as the food.

The name alone through me off when I was trying to investigate the best pasta in town. Olive and Pepper were one of the restaurants that popped up. Researching into overall taste, the pool got smaller. Pricing went into consideration as well, but honestly, with ratings and reviews like these, was very intriguing. Plus, the pictures had me even more interested. First, no joke when they say the location is at the train station which overall made it even more cool. Reservations are important if you don’t want to take your chances at the communal tables. Keep in mind this is a pretty nice place so it can get busy. I tried one of their seasonal cocktails and boy was it delicious so that only made me more excited for the food. We opted for meatballs which I rarely ever do seeing as how I like meatballs, but every place is different and sometimes you win in flavor and sometimes you just plain lose. But I took a chance, and I will tell you, the winner. Huge a** balls, plus they taste great. Their portions are plentiful as well. My friend and I had leftovers which were later consumed. The pasta was great, my friend had a sandwich, and I had a taste of that and it was phenomenal as well. It’s slightly pricey, but you’ll get why. Let’s not forget the parking, there’s a handful of free parking dedicated to this restaurant, as well as pay as you go/ metered parking.

Our first trip to this establishment was for lunch, party of 2 and did not leave us disappointed. The server was attentive, but not overbearing. Food was filling and plenty. The baked burrata cheese appetizer could have been warmer. Lobster ravioli was PACKED with seafood. The steak and wild mushroom gorgonzola pasta was very hearty and delicious. We both loved the salads and had a very pleasant overall experience.

Drinks: we had the Italian margarita and the mules, both delicious! Apps: we had the stuffed banana peppers and the warm burrata cheese. Both good to the last drop! Would recommend. Entrees: we had the gnocchi with vodka sauce and meatball (excellent, huge portion), the fettuccini chicken Alfredo (she said it was just okay, a bit bland), and 2 people got the lobster ravioli and said it was fantastic. One person got the standard wedding soup he said it was good but could see how some people have written they don’t like it. The girls subbed for Caesar and strawberry salads which were sizable, fresh, and very good. Would definitely return! Want to try a lot more of the menu :-)

First time here. We always have heard good things and we were not disappointed. Beautiful old building with a very nice decor. Service was excellent, a friendly warm staff. The menu is nice. Not 4 pages of 100 entrees that you know can't all possibly be cared for properly. The 4 of us did not try an appetizer due to time restraint, but we did have a drink. My wife only drinks sweet wine . I know, most folks don't respect it, but she felt the Moscato was delicious. I got the strawberry basil balsamic shrub, another friend had the sweet tea old fashion. Both are were great. I'm not a gin lover but this thing was amazing. Three of our table had the steak and wild mushroom gorganzola pasta. All loved it. I tried my wife's and it was delicious. I opted for a fav of mine gnocchi with vodka sauce and a meatball. Perfect! I'm Italian and I'm picky about meatballs. I want a soft meatball. Min was large and cut easily with my fork. Yummy. All pasta meals came with a wedding soup. I dont care fo wedding soup but Salad was a up charge. This was not a choice for me since I knew I would never finish the salad and we were going out for the night so take home was out. This was the best wedding soup I had ever had. Hearty and flavorful. Not watery and bland. The portions were huge. The 4 of us split a taramisu. Very good. The only disappointment was the bread. While it was good, it was also soft and plain. I would prefer a crusty hearty bread. Not really something that affected my pleasure in my meal.
